Health & Joy Services is a Home and Community Based Services Medicaid Waiver provider that offers Residential, Day, and Clinical Services to people with developmental disabilities in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Northern Virginia area. Their main goal is to meet the needs and impact the lives of people and their families through quality customer service.
