Supportive Living
Our Supported Living Services empower people to build and strengthen independent living skills—from personal grooming and meal preparation to household chores and community engagement. In-Home Support
Our In-Home Support Services help people thrive while living in their own home or with family. This blended service combines habilitation, personal care, and community engagement, supporting people in building independence and enjoying meaningful activities both at home and in their neighborhood. Services can also include virtual support through enabling technology, and in some cases, family members can be employed as paid support staff, providing care right where it’s needed most.

Individualized Day Supports
Our Individualized Day Supports (IDS) offer a personalized alternative to traditional facility-based day programs, focusing on meaningful activities out in the community. Services typically take place during day program hours, but can also be scheduled during non-traditional hours for individuals who work during the day. Flexibility is built in—schedule adjustments and variances can be approved by DDS based on each person’s unique needs, lifestyle, and goals outlined by their support team.

Small Group Day Habilitation
A supportive and engaging program where individuals come together in small groups to build skills, connect with peers, and participate in meaningful community activities. Our focus is on independence, inclusion, and joy every day.

Respite
Our Respite Care Services provide short-term, temporary relief for family caregivers, ensuring that their loved one continues to receive the care, supervision, and community access outlined in their Individual Support Plan (ISP) or Plan of Care. Whether it’s a few hours or several days, respite gives caregivers a much-needed break while offering individuals continued support, engagement, and transportation to activities in the community.
